Michael Knapp

Michael has experienced tremendous success as an entrepreneur in the real estate, telecommunications, precious metals and advertising industries. He studied Political Science and History at Western Michigan University, Agronomy and Golf Course Architecture from the School of Turfgrass Management through Michigan State University, and most recently, Pastoral Ministry at Trinity College of Florida.

During the 1980's and early 1990's, Michael performed many duties within the golf industry; ranging from golf course construction and being a superintendent for a number of years, to tournament organization and being a golf coach.

Shortly after switching careers in the early 90's to enter the real estate industry full-time, Michael was recruited by Golden Sky Systems, Inc., where he helped that company grow to become the world's second largest distributor of DirecTV. After Golden Sky was sold to Pegasus DirecTV for nearly $1 billion in 2000, Michael and a partner then formed a successful internet advertising company.

Michael caddied professionally for many of the top high-profile professional golfers in the world on the PGA, LPGA, Champions, Nationwide and Hooters Tours. He also caddied for many famous celebrities, athletes, government leaders, and industry executives.

In 2005 Michael accepted a position to spearhead the Business Development and Public Relations Departments of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. (ABQAURP), an international non-profit health care education and certification board, where he helped bring the organization out of 17 years of being in the red.

In the fall of 2008, Michael was recruited by Stewart-Marchman-Act Behavioral Healthcare to lead the marketing efforts for the
Vince Carter Sanctuary (VCS), a world-class 100 bed substance abuse treatment provider where he served as the Marketing Director.

In 2010 Michael accepted an opportunity offered by Advanced Hearing Centers of America to assist with their online presence, including managing the company's website and Internet advertising. He is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist (HAS) in the state of Florida, and currently runs his own office in Orange Park on the S.W. side of Jacksonville.

Michael has built and maintained scores of websites over the years. He is highly skilled at start-ups, strategic planning, formulating marketing plans and projections, inbound marketing, graphic design, grass-roots and guerrilla marketing tactics, public relations, narrative drafting, and a host of other duties. Michael is available for consultation, web development, and will always make himself available to discuss your marketing needs.
